One Platform.
Four Processes.

A unified pipeline to prove consent and trace permissions.

01

User/Patient View

Approves, denies, or revokes one request per partner, per purpose.

02

Rules Engine

Analyzes applicable laws for each request, and procures required forms.

03

Permission Check

Validates form decisions and outputs clear approvals, denials, and revocations.

04

Ledger & Audit

Time-stamped logs match consent records to data sharing requests, and ensure revocations reach connected partners.

Original Research

Neural Data Regulation Standards

Neural signals can reveal cognition and emotion. Due to mental privacy risks and irreparable loss of privacy controls, numerous laws and bills have proliferated domestically and internationally.

Built with neural data regulations in mind, ConsentAuth's consent model covers highly sensitive data such as Part 2 records and reproductive data.

Questions

FAQ

Is ConsentAuth live? +
Not yet. We're building the first release with founding customers. The complimentary review and its one-page findings are available now.
Will ConsentAuth see our health data? +
No clinical data. Permission checks send identifiers only: a patient reference, data type, purpose, and recipient. ConsentAuth will hold the consent records themselves (signed forms and decisions), with names and signatures stored separately. Because those records are health information, ConsentAuth signs a BAA with healthcare customers.
Do we have to build something? +
You'll need a check point where your data is shared for research and AI, which asks ConsentAuth before data goes out. Whether we deliver it as an API, an SDK, or a pipeline plugin is one of the decisions we're making with founding customers, based on how your data sharing works today.
Will it work with our EHR or patient portal? +
Consents will be stored as FHIR Consent records for EHR integration, and the patient view is designed to embed in your app or portal. Which integrations come first depends on our founding customers.
What does the first release cover? +
Data sharing for research and AI, plus in-app consents to collect, share, and sell for consumer apps. Checks on other outbound paths, such as marketing and advertising partners, come later.
